It’s Back to School, Flamingo Fans!

You know what? By the time September comes around, I’m pretty excited about going back. New teacher. New school. New kids in my class. There’s a lot of new stuff going on! And I have a new backpack that’s pretty cool!

I really hope I’m in the same class as Milo. But I’m not so sure it’ll happen. Last year, our teacher had to separate us a bunch of times because she said that we talk too much when we’re together, although Captain Flamingo did save us a couple times by using his “Teacher Distractor” brand Soundmaker. But I’m kinda worried we’re going to be in different classes. And how tragic would that be?

Of course, we do live across the street, and we do get to see each other all the time outside of school, but we should be in the same class too! After all, we’re best friends! And what if there’s a kid in trouble?! We have to be together so we can save that poor, defenseless kid!

And what’s even worse is, I bet Ruth Ann’s gonna be in Milo’s class! Which means he’s gonna be all blubbery for the whole entire school year! Even more than usual! And I’m probably gonna be stuck with Wendell and Kirsten.

Oh, I want to know who’s in my class sooo bad! I bet you can’t wait to know too! I’ll tell you next month!

P.S.: Chester says he hopes Milo’s in my class because he doesn’t want to have to listen to me complain all year.
