Happy Halloween, Flamingo Fans!

It’s almost Halloween! Yay! I’m super excited! Milo and I have already planned out our trick-or-treating route, and we’re going to hit the rich neighbourhood early. (They give out huge chocolate bars and full cans of pop!)

Still, I haven’t decided what my costume’s going to be yet, and I think Milo’s going as Quantum Vigilante. Although, considering Halloween’s a pretty big night, I’m pretty sure he’ll end up being Captain Flamingo.

By the way, here are some important lessons Milo and I learned from last year’s Halloween:

  1. Avoid Owen-Only’s house, because his Mom only gives out toothbrushes.
  2. When you go to Sanjay’s house, make sure his Mom answers the door—because if Sanjay’s Dad answers, he’ll make you listen to him sing a song before he’ll give you any candy.
  3. Make sure that none of your super archenemies are lurking around on Halloween night, because with everyone wearing costumes, it’ll be impossible to tell who’s who! The Super Nugget could be dressed as Little Bo Peep, the Mutant Squirrels could be dressed as ghosts, and who knows what the Warrior Monkey could be dressed as?!

Halloween is a night full of danger and intrigue, but if anyone’s up to the challenge, it’s Captain Flamingo!

Have a Happy (and safe) Halloween!

Lizbeth

P.S.: Chester says send him some candy. (Oh, just so you know, Milo and I are in the same class this year. Hooray!)
