April Fools’!

Good day, Flamingo Fans,

Milo Powell has decided to retire. He’s handing over his duties, and now Captain Flamingo’s tights will be worn by… Owen-Only.

April Fools’! Did you believe me? I bet you did!!! Man, I love April Fools’ Day!

This year, Otto called for the Captain’s help because he couldn’t think of a prank to play on Tabitha that she would find impressive. Otto didn’t really “get” the whole prank thing, but he still really wanted to pull a prank that would make Tabitha love him.

So, thinking that this would impress Tabitha, Otto and Captain Flamingo made her think that she had been accepted by a super snooty school for super overachievers. But when Tabitha went to the school, the teachers had no idea who she was! Tabitha freaked right out! And, wouldn’t you know it, that’s when the Captain called for his birdbrain to help. (He always picks the worst time to do that!)

I told him to tell the truth about April Fools’ Day. So he said “it’s all because of April Fools’ Day.” Which Tabitha figured meant that the school was playing a prank on her. So she somehow managed to convince the school that that’s what they were doing! And the school apologized for playing a trick on her, and offered her a spot in one of their classes. It was unbelievable…

And it just goes to show you, Captain Flamingo is one very special square-shaped boy. Which is what I’ve been saying all along.
